One Crazy Adventure

Yesterday I lost my sweet Kitty. It was so unexpected and out of the blue. My heart feels so conflicted. Part me is like “it’s just a cat” the other part feels like I lost a family member. The hurt is real. The pain intense. It comes in waves. I am trying to embrace it, to understand it, to appreciate the grief.

It was one of those days that kinda catches you by surprise. It was rather cool for a day in May. The humidity seemed at an all time low. There was a nice breeze that made you feel alive with it’s chilly fingers. Why does it feel like October?
